About the job The Capital One Travel team at Hopper built and maintains a multi-billion dollar travel portal which provides delightful travel experiences for millions of customers. As the Senior Product Manager, Customer Experience, you will partner with a team of Engineers and Designers, to deliver a best in class digital travel experience. You will write business cases to frame new opportunities, own a product development roadmap, lead sprint planning for a dedicated team of engineers, and obsess over customer feedback to prioritize the most critical product enhancements and new feature launches.
