**This is a one-year contract** About the position Reporting to the VP of Growth, the Director, CRM will be responsible for managing SSENSE's main sales channels and programs. The person will be responsible for managing the overall email and push notification channel strategy, in addition to managing personalization and customer lifecycle programs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business development, with a particular focus on performance marketing, data-driven optimization and program management. What you will do: Channel Management: Define and implement the outbound channel strategy (email, push notifications), optimize multi-channel campaigns and message integration, and promote a data-driven approach to channel management.
