The Getting Help team plays a critical role in this mission by empowering customers to solve their problems quickly and efficiently. We’ve built the infrastructure for FAQs, self-service pages, and, most recently, launched a chat platform as a primary support channel. We’re enabling smarter customer interactions, automating solutions, and helping other teams deliver better support experiences through it.
