The Compensation Analyst will play a pivotal role in the implementation, and maintenance of competitive, equitable, and business-aligned compensation programs and structures. Spanning across both HQ and Retail populations, you will implement and administer compensation programs, conduct analyses of compensation data, and act as a partner for leaders and People & Culture partners. You will own commissions calculations for our retail population in the US. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, understanding of compensation principles, the ability to communicate compensation information effectively and execute change within the organization. Who you'll get to do: Compensation Analysis and Internal Equity: Own the job evaluation process for jobs in your client orgs, including job classification, job leveling, and the development of job descriptions to ensure internal consistency.
