Team Description
Reporting to the Director of NA Enterprise Sales Engineering, you will be tasked to hire, coach and lead a team of sales engineers supporting the Enterprise segment.
An exceptional candidate would possess a results-driven mindset, emphasizing collaboration and empathy as a servant leader. In addition to leading a team of sales engineers, you will be a collaborative partner to sales leaders and sellers to solve problems and maintain a healthy, productive relationship between sales and sales engineering. You will also be a key cross-functional touchpoint for product, marketing and other areas of the business needing your team's support.
