The primary responsibilities of this position is to manage the show(s) Smart Accounting System and all cost uploads and vendor payments.    Responsibilities Process e-file paperwork and maintain files accurately and timely Support Payroll Manager with weekly EP Payroll processing and posting Manage show to show crew transfers with Human Resources and other team members with staffing profile changes Assist with onboarding crew members from other shows or new hires Accounts Payable; including Vendor setup in Smart Accounting and online wire transfers Help reconcile monthly credit card statements and show Cashet System Maintain monthly journal entries (non-union payroll, banking, and studio paid costs) Comply with all procedures for Invoices, Checks, and Timecard approvals Elevate problems to Production...
