The Role: As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Strategy, you’ll play a key role in shaping a high-performance culture across our Engineering and corporate departments, including Legal, Marketing, and Finance, in partnership with the global HR team. Working closely with senior leaders, you will drive HR initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compensation planning, talent analysis, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness. In-Office Position : At Strategy, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are in-office days with Fridays as work-from-home.
