Role
- Leading the company’s Corporate/M&A Legal team, requiring strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-changing international environment.
- Structuring and overseeing complex and cross-border M&A dealsSpearheading special corporate and venture projects, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
- Designing and implementing employee incentive mechanisms, including for foreign beneficiaries.
- Providing guidance on Corporate Governance issues, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Managing complex corporate law issues across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
- Overseeing the establishment and support of gaming studios, including day-to-day business operations and legal needs.
- Building and managing strong relationships with external counsels and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Actively contributing to the growth strategy of group companies while ensuring the reliability and compliance of daily corporate operations.
- Playing a pivotal role in the company’s strategic decision-making by interacting regularly with senior management.
- Ensuring clear, efficient, and timely communication to align legal strategy with business goals.
- Acting as a key member of a dynamic legal team, driving impactful and strategic projects across the organization.
Profile
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience in Corporate/M&A within a law firm and ideally also a first in-house experience, with a proven track record in complex transactions and strategic projects.
- Strong sense of teamwork.
- Sharp decision-making skills, capable of balancing legal and business considerations in high-stakes situations.
- Strong ability to structure, prioritize, and deliver efficient legal solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communicator, able to collaborate with senior management, providing clear and commercially oriented legal advice.
- Deep knowledge of corporate law, M&A, and transactional practices in international contexts.
- Fluent in both English and French (oral and written communication and legal drafting).
