Role

  • Leading the company’s Corporate/M&A Legal team, requiring strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-changing international environment.
  • Structuring and overseeing complex and cross-border M&A dealsSpearheading special corporate and venture projects, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
  • Designing and implementing employee incentive mechanisms, including for foreign beneficiaries.
  • Providing guidance on Corporate Governance issues, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Managing complex corporate law issues across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
  • Overseeing the establishment and support of gaming studios, including day-to-day business operations and legal needs.
  • Building and managing strong relationships with external counsels and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Actively contributing to the growth strategy of group companies while ensuring the reliability and compliance of daily corporate operations.
  • Playing a pivotal role in the company’s strategic decision-making by interacting regularly with senior management.
  • Ensuring clear, efficient, and timely communication to align legal strategy with business goals.
  • Acting as a key member of a dynamic legal team, driving impactful and strategic projects across the organization.

 

Profile

  • 6 to 8 years of professional experience in Corporate/M&A within a law firm and ideally also a first in-house experience, with a proven track record in complex transactions and strategic projects.
  • Strong sense of teamwork.
  • Sharp decision-making skills, capable of balancing legal and business considerations in high-stakes situations.
  • Strong ability to structure, prioritize, and deliver efficient legal solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communicator, able to collaborate with senior management, providing clear and commercially oriented legal advice.
  • Deep knowledge of corporate law, M&A, and transactional practices in international contexts.
  • Fluent in both English and French (oral and written communication and legal drafting).
