Head of Wise EU Outsourcing

The Head of Wise EU Outsourcing will be responsible for managing and coordinating all outsourcing activities of Wise Europe. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, optimizing outsourcing governance, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish an Intra-group Outsourcing function for Wise Europe, including develop and implement a Wise EU outsourcing framework in alignment with the company's goals and regulatory requirements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the payment institution and the different services providers inside the Wise Group for all outsourcing activities.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (EBA, DORA) and standards related to outsourcing in the financial services industry, including drafting, negotiating, and managing provisions in contracts.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced services to ensure they meet agreed-upon service levels and quality standards

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in outsourcing arrangements.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that outsourcing needs are met and that any issues are promptly addressed.

• Prepare and present regular reports on outsourcing performance and compliance to senior management.

• Manage contracts and agreements with the parent company, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in outsourcing and apply this knowledge to improve the institution's outsourcing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing outsourcing activities, preferably within the financial services industry.

• understanding of regulatory requirements related to outsourcing in payment institutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
