The role of Workday System Analyst will effectively help support our end-users and business partners for our Workday HRIS modules. Your focus will be on responding to tickets and improving and scaling processes from a technical and procedural perspective. As one of the team members, you will collaborate with the other members of the People team to ensure the smooth running of multiple Workday modules. Additionally, you’ll identify opportunities for functionality and build and own recurring projects (performance, open enrollment, merit process, etc). What your day could consist of: Triage user tickets, diagnose, and resolve Workday functional issues originating from end-users, business process events, etc Gather and document requirements, design, configure, test, and deploy Workday process or functional changes Create custom reports and calculated fields Perform testing of all Workday releases Support business partners to find solutions to current problems...
